THE HARDMAN TRUST SYSTEM

Real people. Real verification.
A stronger foundation for trust.

Hardman starts with a Verified Baseline. Before a person or provider participates where verification is required, we verify who they are and the qualifications they claim. Background screening then raises their Trust level above that baseline.

HOW IT WORKS

A verified baseline first.

Identity and required qualifications are foundational. Trust Shields represent the additional depth of Checkr background screening currently on file.

1

Verify Identity

We confirm the person is who they say they are using the approved identity-verification process.

2

Verify Qualifications

Where required, professional licenses, certifications, insurance/COI and other mandatory credentials are verified. A provider does not appear as qualified for work they are not licensed or authorized to perform.

3

Establish the Verified Baseline

Once identity and required qualifications are confirmed, everyone begins at the same Verified Baseline.

4

Raise Trust Through Background Screening

Checkr background screening raises the Trust level to Iron, Silver or Gold based on the depth of verification currently on file.

TRUST SHIELDS

One baseline. Three higher levels of trust.

A Shield does not replace identity or qualification verification. It sits on top of the Verified Baseline.
